Mr Addison is a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon at Moorfields Eye Hospital, world leading experts in eye care. He has extensive training and experience in managing the entire breadth of Medical Retina and Uveitis conditions.

His areas of expertise include Uveitis, Retinal Vein Occlusions, Diabetic Retinopathy and Macular Degeneration. His busy clinical practice is complemented by his active involvement in teaching and research at Moorfields, the UCL Institute of Ophthalmology and internationally.

Mr Addison is ideally suited to offer patients the very latest treatments for Uveitis and Retinal Diseases.

Whilst the awards scheme ran, between 2017 and 2024, he received NHS local clinical excellence awards for each of the 5 years that they were competitively awarded for outstanding contributions to development and delivery of services, clinical leadership, research, training and teaching.
